Large Roasting Pan is completely food safe - microwave, oven and dishwasher safe. Large Roaster 16 inches long, 12 inches wide and 2.5 inches deep.
Care and Use information.
When baking with pottery - ALWAYS start your baking in a cold, non preheated oven.
Used to create large entre dishes such as roasts, cassaroles and cobblers.
